Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors professionally ensuring a positive first impression of the practice
- Schedule and confirm appointments managing the calendar effectively to optimize patient flow
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning data entry etc
- Collect accurate demographics and insurance eligibility information
- Register new and established patients according to expected workflows
- Capture and update insurance information in the patient’s record
- Complete enrollment and necessary forms for financial programs
- Complete necessary clinical forms required for patient visit
- Ensure forms and insurance cards eligibility are scanned and indexed appropriately and timely
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies regarding sensitive information
