Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors professionally ensuring a positive first impression of the practice
  • Schedule and confirm appointments managing the calendar effectively to optimize patient flow
  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning data entry etc
  • Collect accurate demographics and insurance eligibility information
  • Register new and established patients according to expected workflows
  • Capture and update insurance information in the patient’s record
  • Complete enrollment and necessary forms for financial programs
  • Complete necessary clinical forms required for patient visit
  • Ensure forms and insurance cards eligibility are scanned and indexed appropriately and timely
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies regarding sensitive information
