- Previous experience in office administration or front desk roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- Previous office management or front desk experience in a professional setting
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience operating multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles
- Personal assistant or administrative support experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks
Job Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general office organization and cleanliness
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, or basic QuickBooks entries as needed
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely processing
