Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- proficiency in using office management software
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong verbal and written communication
- availability to work Monday to Thursday 1-6 p.m.

- experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- answer multi-line phone systems efficiently directing calls accurately and professionally
- manage appointment scheduling and calendar management
- check patients in and out and post payments
- handle data entry filing and document proofreading with precision to maintain organized records
- provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
