Elite DNA Therapy Services places a strong emphasis on integrity and compassion, not only towards its patients but also within its work environment to foster professional growth among its employees. The opportunity to join Elite DNA Therapy Services as a Front Desk Receptionist at their Gainesville, FL location offers a vital role supporting the smooth operation of their daily activities. As a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face of the clinic, managing patient intake, appointment scheduling, and ensuring that the administrative front runs seamlessly. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values excellent communication skills. As the initial point of contact for patients, you will bridge the gap between the professional care teams and the individuals seeking assistance, thereby playing a significant role in their therapeutic journey.
The Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors warmly, handling telephone inquiries, registering patients accurately according to protocols, verifying insurance coverage, and managing payments such as deposits, co-pays, and outstanding balances. A key function of the role is to foster smooth patient flow by collaborating with Providers and Medical Assistants to minimize waiting times. Additionally, you will be tasked with patient appointment reminders and following up on missed appointments in coordination with Clinic Managers.
This position requires skills such as good sensory abilities, the capacity to stand or sit for extended periods, and the dexterity to efficiently operate office equipment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and bilingual ability in Spanish is preferred, reflecting the community's diverse needs. Importantly, candidates should embody Elite DNA's commitment to healthcare with dignity for all clients, demonstrating friendliness, understanding, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
This Full-Time role operates Monday through Friday with specific shifts, providing a predictable and structured work schedule. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, complemented by an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, 401(k), birthday leave, and an Employee Assistance Program.
