Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Previous hotel reservation experience or any combination of education, training, or experience
- Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Proactive and able to work well under pressure
- Strong clerical, compiling, following instructions, memorization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
- Basic math, reading, and writing abilities

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls to the front desk
- Assign and prepare airline rooms
- Balance inventory
- Assign group rooms and suites
- Assist in the check-in and check-out process
- Be the main contact for group contacts
- Attend preconvention meetings and speak about arriving group details
- Work with sales and conventions on group arrivals
- Be able to handle guest issues and resolve them to the guest satisfaction
- Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position
