Zen Space Wellness is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Associate to join their team. This role is integral to the smooth daily operations of the clinic, acting as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors. The Front Desk Associate will manage a variety of day-to-day reception duties such as greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, scheduling appointments efficiently, verifying patients' insurance information accurately, processing payments promptly, and responding to calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the associate is expected to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the clinic to ensure a pleasant environment for all. This role also includes maintaining the patient intake process with meticulous attention to detail and supporting smooth transitions between shifts, contributing to a seamless workflow.

The ideal candidate for this position will excel in providing exceptional customer service, helping to foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients from the moment they walk through the door. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves direct interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. Moreover, the associate will be expected to assist with various administrative tasks that support daily clinic functions. This opportunity offers a competitive pay rate based on experience and the potential for flexible work hours. Zen Space Wellness values its employees and provides a supportive environment where work-life balance is prioritized. Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for health insurance with an equitable 50/50 cost split between employee and employer. Additional benefits include 401K retirement savings plans and paid time off for vacations.

Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred
