The role of Bilingual Client Care Coordinator at THE SUMMIT PT represents a vital position as the initial point of contact for clients seeking physical therapy and wellness services. This full-time front desk role is considered the "First Impressions" position, tasked with welcoming clients warmly, managing scheduling, processing payments, and supporting the clinical team. Located in Fresno (Willow) and Reedley, CA, this role suits individuals who are friendly, detail-oriented, and value helping others achieve their health goals. As the face of THE SUMMIT PT, the coordinator plays an essential role in guiding clients smoothly through their health journey and ensuring their experience starts positively. The work schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 7:50 am to 5:30 pm and Fridays until noon, offering a structured and consistent routine within a supportive team environment. Compensation ranges between $16.50 and $18.00 per hour, reflecting competitive pay for entry-level responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday during specified hours
