This part-time Front Desk Associate role is a vital position within the Kingston Bay Senior Living community. The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors, making a positive and lasting impression critical to their experience. Working Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the associate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor and professional approach. The Front Desk Associate duties include welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, answering phone calls promptly, and directing inquiries with the utmost courtesy. Additionally, this role involves various administrative support tasks such as clerical work, scheduling, and data entry.
