Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or resort environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, standing, and walking
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Ability to follow safety policies and complete required training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or resort operations preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple functional areas
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • Leadership and coaching abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, Activities, Loss Prevention, and Food and Beverage staff to ensure excellent guest service
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
  • Ensure adherence to company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and support team goals
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs promptly
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
