- Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

- Experience in high-end hotel concierge or similar role considered
- Previous receptionist, switchboard, or administrative assistant experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Provide professional references
Job Duties
- Provide daily front desk and administrative services
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and walk-in visitors professionally
- Book and prepare conference rooms prior to meetings
- Assist with sending and receiving mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of lobby and breakrooms
- Support onsite teams with general administrative tasks
