Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Desire to work in a senior living environment
  • Ability to act as a First Responder
  • Experience in caregiving, hospital, or office roles
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to work in a busy, high-interrupt environment
  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate and maintain positive relationships with co-workers
  • Strong sense of integrity and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working in caregiving, hospital settings, or office/administrative roles
  • Ability to act as a First Responder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-traffic, interruptive environment
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated integrity and positive attitude
  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers professionally
  • Greet the public, prospective residents, and families courteously
  • Provide services to residents such as scheduling transportation requests, guest room reservations, and life enrichment or dining sign-ups
  • Monitor medical alert systems and follow established protocols
  • Act as a First Responder in emergencies and escort emergency personnel as needed
  • Cover interior and exterior campus areas, including prolonged walking and standing
  • Operate company vans, trucks, and golf carts as required
  • Ensure all guests and vendors sign in and out
  • Coordinate with the operations team effectively
  • Track and document all resident requests accurately
  • Handle all internal and external switchboard inquiries
  • Ensure all areas are locked at designated times
  • Post daily activities and remove outdated postings
  • Conduct walk-through door and security checks
  • Uphold Touchmark standards and policies at all times
