Job Requirements

  • ability to work overnight shifts friday through monday from 11 pm to 7:30 am
  • reliable and punctual attendance
  • customer service orientation
  • basic math and computer skills
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality or hotel front desk preferred
  • strong numerical and accounting skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work independently during overnight shifts
  • proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • prepare and balance daily financial transactions during night audit
  • generate detailed audit reports and ensure accuracy
  • perform overnight hotel host duties including guest service and issue resolution
  • reconcile and close daily sales and revenue reports
  • assist with front desk operations and respond to guest inquiries
  • monitor hotel security and safety during overnight hours
  • support hotel management with administrative and operational tasks as needed
