We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team in a full-time capacity. This overnight role is critical in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel during the late hours, with working hours from 11 PM to 7 AM, including mandatory weekend shifts. The Night Auditor is responsible for handling the nightly audit process, which involves reviewing and resetting the operating systems to prepare for the next business day. This position offers an opportunity for individuals who have a flair for communication, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in providing superior guest service. The Night Auditor is a key point of contact for guests during the overnight hours, handling front desk duties such as guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Financial responsibilities include processing cash and credit transactions accurately and preparing daily reports that are sent to property management and corporate teams. Additionally, this role involves monitoring the cleanliness of the property and performing light cleaning duties as needed to maintain a welcoming environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, reliable individual who can work independently and is committed to maintaining high standards of service throughout a night shift environment.

Job Duties
- Running the night audit and resetting the operating system for next days business
- Sending out daily financial reports to above property and corporate team
- Greeting guests both in person and over the phone
- Coordinating guest check-in/check-out and assisting guests with making reservations
- Answering guest questions and assisting guests with any problems they may experience
- Monitoring daily reservations and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
- Handling financial transactions (both cash and credit)
- Promptly assisting with guest requests
- Actively listening to and resolving guest complaints
- Ensuring cleanliness of the property and performing light cleaning duties if needed
- Other duties as assigned by general manager
