We are currently seeking a Night Auditor (Front Desk Night Agent) to join our dedicated team. This position is vital for maintaining smooth operations during the overnight hours and ensuring guests receive top-notch service around the clock. The ideal candidate is a high-energy team player with an upbeat personality and outstanding customer service skills. Night Auditors at Avid handle a variety of responsibilities, including guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns, processing the night audit, and managing front desk operations independently overnight.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. The position offers an 8-hour shift with options for either day or night availability, accommodating various scheduling needs. Job Requirements

  • Education level not specified
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Availability for 8 hour shifts including day or night

Job Qualifications

  • Superior customer service skills including problem solving and ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail, good follow through, and communication skills
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Exceptional guest service delivery with problem resolution ability
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/guest requests
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
  • follow up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction
  • Account balancing and cash handling
  • Ability to understand and uphold hotel and brand standards and expectations
