The Front Desk Associate role at FS Residential is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure operational flow at residential properties. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • Two to three years of business experience preferred
  • Computer literacy preferred
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods
  • Ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written words
  • Ability to quickly navigate the property/building as required
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • Two to three years of business experience preferred
  • Computer literacy with command of information system hardware/software preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required
