Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven office experience with strong computer skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- strong typing skills and attention to detail
- excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- bilingual abilities preferred
- experience in front desk or medical/dental receptionist roles is an advantage
- knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- ability to maintain a positive attitude while juggling multiple tasks
Job Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- bilingual abilities highly desirable
- previous experience as a front desk receptionist or medical/dental receptionist preferred
- knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately
- manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and transfer calls accurately using phone etiquette best practices
- maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
