Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven office experience with strong computer skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • bilingual abilities preferred
  • experience in front desk or medical/dental receptionist roles is an advantage
  • knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude while juggling multiple tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
  • bilingual abilities highly desirable
  • previous experience as a front desk receptionist or medical/dental receptionist preferred
  • knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
  • ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately
  • manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and transfer calls accurately using phone etiquette best practices
  • maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
