Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • bilingual Spanish required
  • ability to follow detailed instructions
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic clerical and data support ability

Job Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience preferred
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • medical office experience highly preferred
  • bilingual Spanish required

Job Duties

  • Greet external and internal visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Record visitor arrivals and manage visitor registration logs
  • Verify visitor credentials and issue visitor badges
  • Ensure visitors are escorted throughout the facility in compliance with policies
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation departments for receipt and filing of shipping logs
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to designated offices or personnel
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing documentation and supporting events like new hire orientations
