Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 1 pm to 11 pm
- ability to work Saturdays with shifts from 6:45 am to 2 pm or 1:45 pm to 9 pm
- willingness to work at least one weekend shift
- ability to pass a background check
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to perform basic cleaning and organizational tasks
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required
- good references from previous employers
- ability to maintain a neat appearance
- excellent communication skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
- ask screening questions to ensure safety
- provide directions to hospital facilities, referencing a directory
- call for interpreter services as needed
- perform lobby tasks including cleaning, organizing, and basic operations
- answer incoming calls and book transportation services as needed
- be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor
