Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1pm to 11pm and Saturday shifts as scheduled
- Must be willing to work at least one weekend shift
- Neat appearance
- Positive attitude
- Ability to greet and communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Pass any required background checks
- Ability to perform light cleaning and organizational tasks

Job Duties
- Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
- Ask screening questions to ensure safety
- Provide directions to hospital facilities, referencing a directory
- Call for interpreter services as needed
- Perform lobby tasks including cleaning, organizing, and basic operations
- Answer incoming calls and book transportation services as needed
- Provide an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor
