Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in front office operations or hospitality management
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with hotel management software, preferably Opera Cloud
  • ability to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a full-service hotel environment
  • strong leadership skills with a hands-on, service-first approach
  • excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • tech-savvy with hotel systems experience, Opera Cloud is a plus

Job Duties
