This role requires the incumbent to work independently, demonstrating strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. The Front Desk Manager is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers. They are tasked with greeting visitors, monitoring access control systems, responding promptly to emergency situations, and maintaining accurate logs and records. This position not only ensures a welcoming and professional environment but also guarantees the safety and security of the property and its occupants. The Front Desk Manager must have the ability to create staff schedules, resolve complaints, and maintain a safe work environment that complies with company policies and safety procedures. Working hours are Sunday through Thursday, 7 am to 3 pm, with an annual salary of $55,000. This full-time exempt position also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • Strong customer service background
  • Two to three years of business experience in similar position preferred
  • Computer literacy and command of information system hardware/software preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
  • Monitors and controls electronic security control systems
  • Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitors and controls access to the building
  • Creates weekly schedules for front desk staff
  • Maintains daily log, records and forms
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)
