We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at a reputable property management company that prides itself on offering exceptional service and maintaining high standards for their facilities. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26.25 and includes comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, vision, and dental coverage. Our company values employees who thrive in fast-paced environments, work independently, and excel in supervisory roles. We emphasize creating a welcoming atmosphere through excellent interpersonal skills, including making eye contact and greeting guests warmly.

The Front Desk Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding the company’s mission and brand standards. You will assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff to foster a professional and collaborative work environment. Attention to detail is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility through the development and implementation of operating systems and checklists.

This role requires you to act as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance, repairs, and any onsite operational issues. Daily inspections and swift communication with building management are essential to ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. You will be handling resident requests and inquiries efficiently and facilitating contractor check-ins and vendor relationships to support building operations. Participation in community event preparations and staying updated on industry trends and technologies are also key components of the position.

Working exclusively at the front desk, this position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong financial and client relationship management skills, and the ability to maintain payroll compliance through approved scheduling systems. We seek candidates who are detail-oriented, have an outgoing personality, and possess excellent training and mentoring abilities. Our company supports career development through training courses offered via our NFC University, providing opportunities for professional growth while employed. We take pride in creating a supportive workplace culture where employees can thrive and enjoy a wide range of discounts and benefits, as well as reimbursement options for eligible roles.

If you are an enthusiastic front desk professional with a passion for hospitality management and a commitment to excellence, this role offers a rewarding career path with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and prior employment performance will be considered for re-hire eligibility. The company conducts interviews and hires for multiple properties, allowing for discussions regarding specific locations, pay rates, and schedules during the application process. We invite qualified candidates who are eager to contribute to a successful property management team to apply and advance their careers.
