The Front Desk Manager role at Emerald Queen Casino is a critical position responsible for overseeing all aspects of front desk operations within this fast-paced hospitality environment. This position also requires certifications such as Sexual Harassment training, Blood Borne Pathogens awareness, and Safety and Hazardous Material handling. Physical demands of the role include the ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, all while maintaining composure in a smoke-filled environment.
