Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years experience in guest services or front desk
- OR two-year degree in hospitality or related field
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of front office operations and standards
- Available to work full time at Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
- OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience in a hospitality environment
