Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years experience in guest services or front desk
  • OR two-year degree in hospitality or related field
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of front office operations and standards
  • Available to work full time at Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership experience in a hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of front office procedures and customer service standards
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and grievance management

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day front office operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop goals and plans to prioritize and organize work
  • Handle complaints and resolve disputes effectively
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives
  • Communicate regularly with employees to align with business objectives
  • Lead and manage front desk team including mentoring and coaching
  • Oversee front office in absence of senior management
