We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to join our team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity suited for an experienced hospitality professional passionate about guest service and team management. The Front Office Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all front desk operations and staff to ensure smooth and welcoming guest interactions from arrival to departure. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership qualities, and a customer-focused mindset. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing guest relations, supervising front office associates, coordinating with other hotel departments, and maintaining overall guest satisfaction standards. The Front Office Manager must be empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Planning schedules, motivating the front office team, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies also fall under this role’s purview. This role is vital for maintaining the high standards of AURO Hotels and upholding the reputable Marriott brand image.

The ideal candidate will have at least two to three years of hotel management or supervisory experience, a keen knowledge of front office procedures, and excellent communication skills. A college degree in Hotel Administration or a related field is preferred, but a high school diploma combined with substantial hospitality experience is also acceptable. Fluency in English is required, as is the ability to work cooperatively within a dynamic hotel environment.
