This specific opportunity is with the Nashville Midtown location, an independently owned and operated franchise, committed to maintaining superior staff and offering exceptional spa experiences. The position available is for a Front Desk Spa Concierge, a key role that represents the spa’s brand and image to each guest arriving for their visit. As the first point of contact, the concierge embodies graciousness and professionalism, facilitating a world-class experience from appointment booking to check-out. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, with competitive hourly compensation of $17.00 and a variety of benefits, particularly for full-time employees. The Front Desk Spa Concierge plays a crucial role in customer service and operational flow at the spa. Responsible for opening and closing tasks during assigned shifts, they provide check-in and check-out services for guests, handle multi-line phone systems, and schedule services using the MEEVO software system. This position demands a professional demeanor combined with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, as it involves retail sales of spa products and series, appointment confirmations, and preparations for therapists’ daily schedules.
