This company is dedicated to fostering careers in hospitality that prioritize human connections, sustainability, and meaningful travel experiences. Hyatt's properties are known for blending comfort, style, and innovative services to ensure every guest feels at home no matter where their travels take them.

One of Hyatt's flagship properties, located in downtown Sacramento, California, offers guests a unique urban oasis experience. Positioned directly across from the 40-acre California Capitol State Park and surrounded by an array of vibrant restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this recently redesigned hotel is a prime destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and cultural enrichment. Guests enjoy easy access to local attractions such as the Capitol Mall, Crocker Art Museum, and Old Sacramento Waterfront. With an expansive resort-style pool deck, outdoor fireplaces perfect for dining, and stunning city skyline views from guest rooms, this hotel exemplifies Hyatt's dedication to luxurious comfort and memorable experiences.

The Front Office Associate position at this downtown Sacramento Hyatt hotel is an essential role responsible for managing the guest registration process and serving as a key point of communication regarding hotel services and promotions. The role is highly guest-facing, providing opportunities to create positive impressions through friendly interactions and hospitality expertise. Front Office Associates play a critical role in shaping the overall guest experience by handling inquiries, assisting with payments, and ensuring check-in and check-out procedures run smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry or those passionate about building a career in hotel guest services.

At Hyatt, employees are supported by an extensive benefits package designed to promote well-being, career growth, and work-life balance. These benefits include free and discounted room nights, comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance, and a robust 401K plan with company match. Employees also receive paid vacation and sick days, new child leave, personal days, and paid family bonding time with adoption assistance. Additional perks include tuition reimbursement, free colleague meals during shifts, employee stock purchase plans, and exclusive discounts at major retailers such as Apple, AT&T, Verizon, and more.
