Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to multitask and manage time effectively
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- clear and professional communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

- proficiency with computer systems and reservation software

Job Duties
- Manage the guest registration process including check-in and check-out procedures
- communicate hotel services, promotions, and amenities to guests
- respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries
- process forms of payment accurately
- maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent service
- handle guest requests and complaints to enhance their stay experience
