Job Duties
- Managing the guest registration and check-out process
- Communicating hotel services, amenities, and promotions
- Processing forms of payment accurately and efficiently
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Creating a welcoming first and last impression for every guest
- Maintaining the front desk area clean and organized
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
