Job Requirements

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- acts as ambassador to the building, greeting guests and coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales
- keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective actions
- bids farewell to guests and ensures satisfaction
- prepares for shift by stocking supplies like menus and gift cards
- reviews cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- manages flow from front doors, helps guests with needs and directs as needed
- manages wait times and communicates with guests, team members, and managers
- processes transactions efficiently and accurately
- sells merchandise from the front desk
- assists other team members as needed
- drives table turn timing by scouting and cleaning tables
- rotates seating fairly according to guidelines
- maintains favorable working relationships with team members
- notifies manager of any unhappy guests
- completes to go order transactions with accuracy
- greets and smiles frequently
- dresses neat, clean, and professional at all times
- communicates effectively in English
- responds calmly to dissatisfied guests and calls issues to manager's attention
