Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of hotel safety and emergency protocols
- Familiarity with hotel software systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Assist guests efficiently courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner
- Post guest charges collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures
- Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand programs and special offers
- Communicate guest comments and concerns to departments and management
- Respond quickly to incoming calls lobby visitors and team members
- Ensure knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
