Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of hotel safety and emergency protocols
  • Familiarity with hotel software systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assist guests efficiently courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
  • Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner
  • Post guest charges collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand programs and special offers
  • Communicate guest comments and concerns to departments and management
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls lobby visitors and team members
  • Ensure knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
