Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Act as ambassador to the building, greeting guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and telephones
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternative courses of action
- Bid farewell to guests leaving, ensure everything was satisfactory and invite guests to return
- Prepare for the shift by ensuring area is stocked with supplies including menus, silverware, power cards, gift cards
- Review cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
- Ensure all menus are stocked and properly cleaned and maintained
- Check for restocking of necessary supplies
- Bring all areas up to standard
- Discuss problem areas with manager
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Notify manager of any guest that is perceived to be unhappy
- Assist other team members as needed
- Drive table turn timing by scouting open tables, bussing and cleaning tables
- Rotate seating appropriately following guidelines to ensure fairness and balance
- Manage flow from the front doors, efficiently helping guests with needs and directing as needed
- Manage wait times and communicate information as needed to guests, team members and managers
- Deliver silverware as guests are seated
- Make timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions
- Greet and assist guests efficiently and with a smile while processing transactions
- Be responsible for the reconciliation of any monies from their banks
- Complete "To Go" order transactions for guests and ensure accuracy
- Sell merchandise from the front desk, if applicable
- Be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm for Dave & Buster's
- Dress in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
- Articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance and farewells to guests
- Be skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and calling issues to manager's attention
- Be at least 16 years of age
