Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple guests and generate enthusiasm
- Ability to read and communicate in English clearly
- Ability to calmly respond to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues to managers
- Friendly, able to smile frequently
- Ability to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance and farewells
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Act as ambassador to the building, greeting guests positively and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone operations
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues and take or suggest corrective actions promptly
- Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return visits
- Prepare shift by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards and gift cards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts if applicable
