The role of the Hotel Host at Hyatt Place is pivotal to delivering a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Hotel Hosts are the first and last point of contact for guests, embodying the hotel’s commitment to quality service and hospitality. This position involves multiple responsibilities including managing the Hotel Host Stand, overseeing the Bakery Café, maintaining the Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and supporting the servicing of meeting rooms. The Hotel Host ensures that every aspect of the guest’s visit is handled with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Job Requirements
- Customer service experience is required preferably in a hotel or related field
- Must have schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight minimum of 20 lbs
- Must possess basic computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, etc
Job Qualifications
