The Temecula KOA at Vail Lake Resort prioritizes creating memorable experiences for its guests through excellent customer service and well-maintained facilities. As a part of KOA, a trusted name in the campground industry, the resort benefits from years of expertise in hospitality and outdoor recreational services. This makes it a popular destination for local and visiting campers who value both comfort and adventure.
The role offered at Temecula KOA at Vail Lake Resort is a front desk hospitality team member position designed for enthusiastic individuals interested in hospitality and customer service within an outdoor recreational setting. This part-time role involves working flexible hours that may range from early mornings to late evenings primarily during weekends but can include weekdays depending on park occupancy. Responsibilities include managing campground bookings both in person and over the phone, enforcing park policies to maintain a positive and safe environment, and assisting guests with inquiries and problem resolution. The role also requires operating the campground management system, communicating promptly and professionally with both guests and staff using Microsoft Teams, and performing cashier duties such as souvenir sales.
