As a host at HopCat, you are the face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and fun atmosphere that sets the tone for guest experiences. This role is critical as it directly impacts guests’ first impressions and overall satisfaction. Hosts will engage with customers in a friendly manner, manage seating arrangements efficiently, and support the flow of the restaurant by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff.
