Located in the heart of San Diego's Mission Bay area, this sprawling resort combines coastal charm with modern amenities to create an unforgettable vacation experience. Guests can enjoy multiple dining options, a recently renovated pool, a dedicated children’s pool, scenic Bay views, cozy fire pits, and much more. With its prime location near popular attractions and a welcoming atmosphere, San Diego Mission Bay Resort has become a top choice for family vacations, romantic getaways, and corporate retreats alike.

As part of the prestigious Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection, Mission Bay Resort reflects a commitment to quality, service, and guest satisfaction that is second to none. Noble House Hotels & Resorts is known for its curated collection of over 23 unique hotels across the Americas, each with distinct character and soul. This affiliation provides the resort with extensive resources and a network of travel benefits that enhance the guest and employee experience.

The Front Desk Agent position at San Diego Mission Bay Resort is an exciting role that offers individuals the chance to represent the resort as the first point of contact for guests. This position involves interacting with a diverse clientele from around the world, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring that every guest's stay is comfortable and memorable. Front Desk Agents will showcase the hotel, its amenities, and the vibrant surroundings of Mission Bay. This role is highly visible within the resort, enabling employees to directly influence guest satisfaction and create long-lasting positive impressions.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Candidates who thrive as Front Desk Agents are natural people connectors, adept problem solvers, and passionate ambassadors of hospitality. The resort fosters a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' attitude, providing an environment where employees can grow, learn, and enjoy their work.

The Front Desk Agent position is hourly and offers competitive pay at $25.00 per hour. Employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive opportunities, free lunch, free parking, health benefits, on-demand pay (access to earnings before payday), and travel discounts at partner Noble House Hotels across the country. The resort supports diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives and encourages a workplace where all team members can bring their authentic selves.
