Mountain View Pain Center is Arizona and Colorado's largest and only comprehensive pain management practice. The position available is for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist at the Fort Collins Clinic location. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact and sets the tone for the patient’s entire experience. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment that feels professional, warm, and compassionate for patients and visitors. The role involves managing patient flow, scheduling and confirming appointments, and keeping accurate records in a busy clinical setting. The receptionist plays a critical role in facilitating communication between patients and departments while handling tasks such as insurance verification and payment processing. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred to accommodate the diverse patient population.
This position is full-time with hours Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The pay range is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. It is an onsite role based entirely at the Fort Collins Clinic’s East Harmony location. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 1 year experience with medical scheduling
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Access to reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using clinic software systems
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate, timely information to patients and callers
- Make outbound calls to reschedule appointments and meet minimum call attempt expectations
- Coordinate appointment transitions for patients with multiple same-day visits
- Facilitate Uber transportation for Personal Injury patients when needed
- Collect and verify insurance information and process payments as required
- Scan, upload, and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Communicate promptly and effectively with clinical and administrative teams
- Notify medical staff of patient arrivals and support patient flow throughout the clinic
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front reception area
- Support general administrative tasks as assigned
