Job Duties
- Meet with manager on duty to review daily assignments
- assist guests with new memberships and member check-ins/questions
- participate in free workout sessions
- take scheduled 30-minute lunch and additional breaks as required by shift length
- engage with members to motivate and communicate effectively
- support gym operations and maintain welcoming atmosphere
- provide excellent customer service to enhance member experience
