Guest Service Representatives are expected to enforce hotel policies relevant to room bookings, including cancellations, early check-ins, late check-outs, and special guest requests. Additionally, they are responsible for the control and distribution of room and master keys.

Guest Service Representatives must complete training in security procedures and comply with OSHA, state, and federal guidelines related to chemical handling, fire safety, and general workplace health.
