Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using G Suite and cloud-based software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with G Suite, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail
- Familiarity with cloud-based software
- Experience in answering phones and directing calls appropriately
Job Duties
- Manage the reception area and related tasks
- Deliver positive first impressions via phone and welcome guests in person
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate staff in a professional manner
- Provide daily administrative support to our teams
- Maintain and update client information in our software
- Perform additional computer-related tasks as needed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Keep the front desk organized and clean
- Regularly update office supplies, inventory, and organize
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
