Job Description
The Joint Chiropractic is a pioneering network that is revolutionizing the accessibility of high-quality chiropractic care within the United States. As the largest operator, manager, and franchisor of chiropractic clinics, The Joint is committed to delivering affordable wellness services in a convenient retail setting. With nearly 1,000 locations nationwide and more than 12 million patient visits annually, The Joint is recognized by prominent organizations including Forbes, Fortune, and Franchise Times for its innovative approach to healthcare. This company aims to make wellness care readily accessible to individuals from all walks of life through a unique business model that emphasizes quality, convenience, and affordability.
The role of Front Desk Coordinator is a part-time position based in Spokane Valley, WA, offering an opportunity to join a dynamic team passionate about promoting health and wellness. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient patient experience while supporting clinic operations and growth objectives. The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for patients, embodying professionalism and a service-driven attitude that reflects The Joint's high standards.
In this customer-facing position, you will greet and check-in patients, manage patient flow, and contribute directly to the clinic's sales by presenting wellness plans and membership packages. The role requires excellent communication skills for answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and re-engaging inactive members. You will collaborate closely with chiropractors and staff to ensure a positive environment throughout the clinic. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining organized patient records utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems and participate in marketing and community outreach efforts.
The position requires availability Monday through Friday from 9:45 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 9:45 am to 4 pm, with flexibility to cover shifts during the week and on weekends. Compensation starts at $17.13 per hour, with avenues for career advancement within The Joint network. This role not only offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient care but also provides a chance to grow professionally within a supportive and values-driven organization where trust, respect, accountability, integrity, and excellence are core to the work culture.
By joining The Joint, employees become part of a movement transforming healthcare delivery and breaking down barriers to care. Franchise ownership means your employer is an independent business owner operating under The Joint’s brand, and terms of employment such as wage and benefits may vary. If you are motivated by helping others and thrive in fast-paced retail healthcare environments, this role is ideal. Becoming a Front Desk Coordinator means you will play a vital role in advancing wellness in your community and fostering long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and clinic support.
