Job Description

The Joint Chiropractic is a leading chiropractic care provider dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients through routine and affordable spinal health services. As the largest network of non-insurance, self-pay chiropractic clinics across the United States, The Joint Chiropractic emphasizes accessible, convenient, and consumer-friendly care, making chiropractic treatments affordable to all. Their modern clinics are staffed by highly skilled Doctors of Chiropractic who focus on delivering consistent maintenance and preventative care to enhance patients' overall health and wellness. Their commitment to revolutionizing chiropractic care involves providing high standards of treatment in a welcoming environment that encourages long-term health habits for their patients.

The role of Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic is a vital position blending customer service excellence with sales acumen. This part-time opportunity, offering hourly wages between $18.00 and $20.00 depending on experience plus bonus potential, involves working flexible hours a few days a week primarily from 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays. The Wellness Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for patients, welcoming them warmly, managing patient intake efficiently, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Beyond administrative responsibilities, this role focuses significantly on sales—promoting and selling wellness plans and visit packages that align with the chiropractic treatment recommendations. This involves leveraging persuasive communication to educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and converting inquiries into loyal, long-term members.

Key responsibilities include engaging patients to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships, managing appointment scheduling and patient records accurately, and supporting clinic organization and inventory management. The Wellness Coordinator also handles point-of-sale transactions, contributes to marketing initiatives designed to attract new patients, and collaborates with the team to meet sales goals and foster a positive clinic culture. This role offers an excellent chance for individuals passionate about health, customer service, and sales to develop professionally within a thriving nationwide healthcare company and have a meaningful impact on patient wellness.
