The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, offering warm greetings, efficient check-in processes, and meticulous management of patient records and insurance verification. This role requires both professionalism and empathy, as the coordinator will handle sensitive private information within a medical setting and maintain excellent communication with patients and various departments.
Operating from Monday to Friday with some travel involved on Tuesdays, the coordinator will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values accuracy, discretion, and teamwork. - Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check in patients and process them through their appointments
- Verify patient insurance and document information accurately
- Communicate with other departments regarding patient accounts, concerns, or questions
- Answer phone calls and direct call traffic as required
- Review and update patient data to ensure accuracy
- Prepare necessary information before patient appointments
