Job Requirements

  • must love dogs
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • able to complete approximately 6 hours of self-paced online training prior to in-room training
  • availability to work part-time
  • willingness to follow company health and safety protocols
  • ability to handle customer service issues professionally
  • must be proactive and self-motivated
  • able to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • at least one year of customer service experience preferred
  • strong sales and customer service skills
  • ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • emotional intelligence and a warm, enthusiastic personality

Job Duties

  • greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
  • sell passes and memberships effectively to meet sales targets
  • manage customer complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • complete onboarding and required training within the probationary period
  • work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • support team members in maintaining a fun and efficient workplace environment
