- Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome members and visitors in a courteous manner
- Provide assistance with routine inquiries and direct to appropriate staff or department
- Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly
- Transfer calls accurately and take clear messages when needed
- Process payments with attention to detail and maintain accurate supporting records
- Organize, sort, and file documents alphabetically to ensure easy access and up-to-date records
- Provide general receptionist and administrative support to maintain an efficient front desk environment
- Assist with office events, gatherings, and union meetings by supporting preparation, coordination, and logistics
- Build working knowledge across departments to offer flexible support as business needs change
- Help maintain neat common areas and front office materials to keep the workplace organized and welcoming
