Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- some college or relevant experience preferred
- prior customer service or spa/clinic experience preferable
- excellent communication skills
- tech-savvy with scheduling and social media tools
- reliable transportation
- personal laptop required
- willingness to work part-time schedule on Mondays and Fridays 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- ability to multitask and manage client interactions professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- some college or relevant experience preferred
- prior experience in customer service, reception, or spa/clinic setting is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- tech-comfortable with scheduling tools, mobile apps, and social platforms
- reliable transportation for on-site presence and occasional errands
- must bring your own laptop to work
- parking is limited and primarily street-based—please plan to allow extra time for arrival
Job Duties
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
- manage the check-in/check-out process, schedule appointments, and process payments
- answer inbound calls and messages via Dialpad with clarity and accuracy
- coordinate and follow up with prospective leads and existing clients
- assist with social media duties such as capturing content and scheduling posts
- support review generation by prompting satisfied clients to leave Google reviews
- help maintain a clean and organized front desk and common area
- run light errands (e.g., pharmacy pickup, quick supply runs) when needed
- assist with basic administrative tasks, light inventory support, and client reminders
- other duties as assigned
