Job Description
APS has partnered with a busy chiropractic office located in Stockton, CA, that is currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join their fast-paced, patient-focused team. This chiropractic office is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining efficient office operations, supporting the wellness and health needs of their community. With modern medical practices at its core, the office seeks to enhance the patient experience through attentive, organized front desk management that promotes smooth workflow and effective communication with patients and staff.
The role of the Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator is essential in ensuring daily office operations run seamlessly. This position requires an individual who can confidently handle a range of front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records. Since the office serves a diverse patient base, fluency in both English and Spanish is a critical requirement, enabling excellent communication and support for Spanish-speaking patients.
This full-time role offers a schedule of Monday through Thursday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $22 to $24 per hour. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced medical environment with a warm, personable approach and a calm demeanor under pressure. They must be highly organized and able to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
The chiropractic office values candidates who are proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in medical or chiropractic front desk roles is favored, along with familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or scheduling systems, recurring billing, and an understanding of HIPAA and privacy practices. This ensures that the front desk coordinator can confidently support the overall office flow and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Working at this chiropractic office means becoming part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient health and administrative excellence. If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, have at least one year of front desk experience, and possess strong customer service and communication skills, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute your talents to a reputable healthcare setting. The role is on-site, emphasizing hands-on engagement with patients and staff to maintain a smooth and welcoming office environment. Join this vibrant team and advance your career in chiropractic healthcare while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
