We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team full time in Downey, CA. The Front Desk Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the sales process through membership acquisition and patient education. This position offers a competitive pay range of $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses, reflecting the value we place on dedicated and effective team members.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play an essential role in managing the patient experience from initial greeting to checkout, ensuring smooth clinic operations and contributing to overall clinic success. You will use point of sale software to complete transactions, maintain accurate patient accounts, and efficiently manage patient flow within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include promoting the wellness services offered by the clinic, educating patients about their benefits, and actively participating in marketing and sales efforts to attract new patients and retain current ones.

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of sales experience
  • proficiency with point of sale software
  • strong phone and computer skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • able to stand or sit for long periods
  • willing to learn and accept constructive criticism

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
