We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team full time in Downey, CA. This role is perfect for someone who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong passion for health and wellness and an enthusiasm for sales. The Front Desk Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the sales process through membership acquisition and patient education. This position offers a competitive pay range of $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses, reflecting the value we place on dedicated and effective team members.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play an essential role in managing the patient experience from initial greeting to checkout, ensuring smooth clinic operations and contributing to overall clinic success. You will use point of sale software to complete transactions, maintain accurate patient accounts, and efficiently manage patient flow within a fast-paced environment.
