Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • manage patient scheduling including appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • handle patient check-out including processing payments and providing visit summaries
  • answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system
  • verify insurance information and assist with basic billing inquiries
  • coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • support general front office operations and administrative tasks
