We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Concierge - Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis for Saturday and Sunday shifts. This crucial role serves as the first point of contact and is integral to providing an outstanding resident and guest experience. The Concierge - Receptionist will be responsible for warmly greeting visitors, answering and monitoring phone calls, and addressing the concerns of residents to ensure their well-being and satisfaction. In addition to serving as a helpful, friendly resource for residents, guests, and team members, the successful candidate will assist other departments as needed and perform regular rounds throughout the campus. This hands-on role requires an individual who can multitask efficiently, remain composed under pressure, and provide exemplary hospitality at all times.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- CPR or First Aid certification
- understanding of security procedures
- ability to multitask and manage phone and visitor interactions
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain patience and tact when dealing with residents, family members, and visitors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
